Riddara RD6

The Riddara RD6 is a full-electric double-cab pickup sold in Nepal by CG Motors, priced from Rs. 66,99,000 for the 2WD up to Rs. 82,99,000 for the dual-tone 4WD with sunroof. It is sold as the Radar RD6 in China, where Geely builds it on the M.A.P architecture, a platform designed for electric pickups from the start rather than adapted from a diesel truck. That shows in the packaging: there is a 70-litre front trunk under the bonnet, 48 litres of under-seat storage, and 225 mm of ground clearance.

The 2WD uses a 63 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and a single rear motor making 200 kW and 385 Nm, good for 373 km on the NEDC cycle and 0–100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. The 4WD steps up to 73 kWh and dual motors, making 315 kW and 595 Nm, reaching 424 km and 4.5 seconds, with 815 mm of wading depth and 95 percent gradeability against the 2WD's 500 mm and 55 percent. Between them sits the Econ 4WD, a lower-output dual-motor version making 280 kW and 485 Nm with a 1,235 kg payload.

Every version carries a 6 kW discharge socket in the cargo bed, so the truck can run tools, lights or a fridge off its traction battery. The bed itself holds 1,030 kg on most variants and measures 1,525 mm long. Towing capacity runs up to 2,500 kg on the 2WD and 3,000 kg on the 4WD.

Equipment splits sharply by variant. The 2WD gets a 12.3-inch screen, six speakers, and four airbags, with no driver-assistance systems. The 4WD variants get a 14.6-inch screen, eight speakers, six airbags, ventilated front and rear seats, a 540-degree camera with underbody view, and a fourteen-item driver-assistance suite covering adaptive cruise, lane keeping, blind spot detection and rear cross-traffic braking.
