1. About GadiGuide

GadiGuide helps you research the cars sold in Nepal with prices, specifications, comparisons, news, and tools. We don’t sell cars and aren’t a dealer or a manufacturer’s agent, and nothing on the site is financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Prices & Information

We work to keep prices and specifications accurate and current, but they can change without notice, and our calculators give estimates only. Always confirm the price, features, availability, and loan terms with the dealer or bank before you decide.

3. Using the Site

You must be at least 16 to create an account, send a request, or subscribe. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what is done through your GadiGuide account. Please don’t:

• copy or collect the site’s content or data by automated means, or reuse it commercially, without our permission;
• interfere with the site, its security, or other people’s use of it;
• send false requests, spam, or someone else’s contact details;
• impersonate anyone or break the law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. Dealer Requests

When you ask for a test drive or a callback, we pass your details to the authorized dealer for that car. Anything that follows, such as a quote, booking, or purchase, is between you and the dealer, and we aren’t responsible for it.

5. Content You Share

Anything you share with us, such as feedback, ratings, or reviews, must be honest, lawful, and your own. You keep ownership of it and allow us to publish and display it on GadiGuide. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

6. Our Content

The site’s content and design belong to GadiGuide or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes and quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Brand names, logos, and model names belong to their owners.

7. Links to Other Sites

We link to other websites for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, complete, or free of errors. As far as the law allows, GadiGuide isn’t liable for any loss that arises from using the site, relying on its information, or dealing with dealers or other third parties.

9. Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. We’ll post updated terms here with their date, and by continuing to use the site, you accept them.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal will settle any dispute about them. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
